Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amp Audio HK. To protect the rights and interests of both our customers and our store, please read the following policy carefully. This policy applies to all product sales on this website.

1. General Principle – No Returns Accepted

  • All confirmed and paid orders are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, wrong model selection, size or color preference, or personal dissatisfaction.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, order cancellation is not accepted.

  • As we specialize in professional audio equipment (high-value and sensitive items), we do not accept returns without valid reasons to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

2. Exceptions (Defective Products)

We will only consider cases under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives with obvious manufacturing defects or shipping damage (not caused by customer handling).

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via Whatsapp (+852 6339 4551) or email (info@ampaudio.hk), and provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos as proof (including outer box, seals, and the product itself)

    • All original packaging and accessories

Amp Audio HK reserves the final right of approval. We may require the customer to return the product for inspection at their own cost. If the defect is confirmed as manufacturing-related, we will choose to repair, replace with the same model, or provide compensation. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

The following cases will not be accepted for return or refund:

  • Product has been opened, used, installed, or is missing original packaging or accessories

  • Product is damaged due to improper use, modification, collision, liquid exposure, or fire

  • Notification is made after 48 hours

  • Sale, clearance, custom-made, or promotional items

  • Personalized or customized products (e.g. Custom Cables)

4. Shipping and Related Costs

  • All return shipping costs (round-trip), packaging, insurance, and any other related expenses shall be borne entirely by the customer.

  • The store will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to returns.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • All products come with original manufacturer warranty.

  • We provide Lifetime Technical Support to all customers.

  • For warranty claims, please contact us to arrange service.

  • Warranty terms are subject to the manufacturer’s policy.

6. Final Interpretation

Amp Audio HK reserves the right of final interpretation and modification of this policy. In case of any dispute, the store reserves all legal rights.
